Warranty Policy

At Lartesia, our mission is to minimize waste by providing products that last. We strategically engineered our materials to extend the life-span of bathing fixtures and to provide highly resistant products. We understand that accidents happen and if damage does occur, we will repair or replace your product depending on eligibility. Lartesia provides a 5 year warranty on all products following the requirements below. 

Conditions of Warranty : 

1. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect products immediately upon receipt and prior to installation.  
2. In order to qualify for repairs or replacement, customers must provide an invoice or proof of purchase and details regarding the damaged product.
3. Eligible damaged products must be a result of a defect from the manufacturing process. Products damaged from mishandeling, installation errors, or improper cleaning products are not eligible. However, we do provide repair kits, free of charge, regardless of the cause of damage.
4. In the event that plumbing professionals are required for warranty-eligible repairs or replacements, Lartesia will cover the associated fees.
